After spending nearly a decade as a former federal employee, I experienced first hand the need to establish a structure that supports our current institutions.

We need a comprehension civil service preparation and training program for the next generation. An organization that will connect future civil servants with mentors and peers, and provide recruitment tools to help high character applicants navigate a complex hiring process for future civil servants.

We need dreamers, architects, engineers, poets, caretakers, craftsmen, and artists to help us as we build towards a vision for tomorrow that is beyond what we can see or imagine today.

A tomorrow where it's not soul crushing to visit the DMV, and when disaster strikes, the best among us are the people we expect to see. Where those who serve us don't consider themselves to be government employees, but rather see their calling as civil servants, with a duty to care for each person they interact with.

Where our children's worst days are a little less bleak, and they leave typical interactions with a FEMA worker, TSA inspector or IRS agent with a lighter step and a smile on their face.

We believe It is time for students and professionals who are aspiring future civil servants to:

Become better informed about state and federal hiring processes,
Get equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed in government, and
Connect with mentors and a network to guide and support them in their career.
